Getting your Webot Pro up and running is easy! Simply set up the dock, power on the robot, connect it to your Wi-Fi, and follow the easy setup guide to finish the calibration no fancy tools needed. If you need a little extra help, our technicians are just a call away online. Plus, for your first installation, we offer a live video session where a technician will walk you through each step until everything is good to go.
Once we have agreed on delivery date, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check these carefully to ensure that we have processed your order correctly.
We will train all your staff for fast and easy onboarding. We also will assign a “Super User”, so you can yourself do some small changes if needed.
