Warranty

Warranty for purchases from Webot Robotics applies only to products delivered to customers in Scandinavia. The warranty does not cover loss of income or other consequential damages, nor does it cover misuse. The warranty period applies during normal business hours.

New Machines

The warranty period for new machines varies between different brands from 1 to 4 years. Detailed warranty terms are provided for each individual machine.

Used Products

Used products are provided with a 3‐month spare parts warranty from the delivery date.

Spare Parts Warranty

The spare parts warranty covers spare parts only. Other costs such as labor, travel time, visit fees, shipping, and similar are not compensated.

Service Warranty

The service warranty means that we provide a full warranty on the product. We guarantee that the product will be repaired and cover the cost of transportation (or alternatively dispatch a service technician on-site) along with spare parts.

Installation

For all machines, installation is required and must be carried out by a qualified technician. If the installation is performed by another person, the warranty period will not apply. Machines with a 400 V connection are delivered without a cable and plug. Machines with a 230 V connection are delivered with a standard 230 V plug. For water connections, installation must be performed by a qualified person and will be charged to the customer.

Reservations

Webot Robotics reserves the right for sell-out and that items may be discontinued from the range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately represent the actual appearance of the products. We reserve the right for price changes and for assortment/product modifications beyond our control. We also disclaim any typographical errors on www.webot-robotics.com. Webot Robotics reserves the right to adjust prices and any pricing errors.

Minors

Webot Robotics does not sell products to minors (under 18 years) without guardian consent.

Anti-Spam Policy

Webot Robotics takes an immediate stand against anything related to spam or junk mail. We do not participate in sending SPAM, nor do we send emails from third parties or concerning goods or services that are not directly related to our business.
As our customer, you may receive emails regarding your order, payment, or other communications initiated by you, as well as information, newsletters, or offers regarding our customer relationship. If you have chosen to receive our newsletter, we will send you information and product offers via email. If you no longer wish to receive any newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter, or contact our customer service for assistance.

Personal Data

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal details such as name, address, and personal identification number. At the same time, you agree that we store and use your personal data so that we can fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We also document certain communications with you via telephone or email in order to provide you with the best service and follow up on your matters.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to obtain the information we have recorded about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or removed. In such cases, please contact our customer service.

We will never disclose your personal data to third parties.

Force Majeure

Webot Robotics is exempt from liability for failure to perform certain obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to a force majeure circumstance as described below, and if the circumstance prevents, hinders, or delays performance. Force majeure includes, among other things, government actions or inactions, newly enacted or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fires, floods, epidemics, sabotage, large-scale accidents, or any other type of natural disaster. Force majeure also covers governmental decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on labeling, warning texts, sales bans, abnormal market downturns, and if the company is subjected to criminal activity affecting its operations.

Webot Robotics complies with the Distance Selling Act.

Delivery Terms

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will shortly be sent to your email. It contains information about your order. Always verify that your confirmation is correct and contact customer service immediately if anything seems unclear. If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, please contact customer service and we will help you! For changes to orders that have already been delivered or for items with supplier delivery times, special conditions apply.

Pickup Location

The package is delivered to the nearest pickup point or to your address depending on the chosen shipping method. Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using your tracking ID.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for each product can be found in the product information. Items in stock are shipped as soon as possible once the order has been approved and the invoice paid – we always require prepayment. To have the order dispatched the same day, it must be approved and paid before 11:00 on weekdays.
Delivery time is usually 1–5 business days from the order date and after we have received your payment, as specified in the individual product information. If the item is out of stock or is a special order item, delivery may take an additional approximately 2–8 weeks. If the products you wish to order have varying delivery times and you want items with shorter delivery times first, you should place two separate orders. In the event of any delivery delay, you will be notified via email or telephone. We reserve the right for sell-out and any pricing errors.

Delay in Delivery

Although we do our utmost to deliver the ordered items within the promised time, errors may occur. If the delivery is delayed beyond what was promised, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the reason for the delay. Webot Robotics does not assume any responsibility for any damage resulting from a delivery delay beyond the notified delivery time. We will contact you if the delivery is delayed.

Receipt of Delivery

Webot Robotics is responsible for transportation to the customer. All shipments are insured against damage or loss and therefore pose no risk to you. However, it is important that you follow the guidelines below if damage is discovered upon delivery before signing the delivery note:

  • Any damages must be photographed.
  • The packaging must be retained.
  • The driver must note any damages on the delivery note.
  • The recipient must receive a copy of the delivery note.
  • Only then may both parties sign the delivery note.
  • Depending on your delivery address and the choices made when placing your order, transportation will be carried out either by our own vehicles, Webot Transport, or Shiplink.

Transportation

Shiplink

You will always receive a notification when the transportation is booked and the item is on its way to you, either via SMS, email, or letter. You will also receive an email with a link to track the shipment. You can also use the shipment or tracking ID from the email to track the delivery via the carrier’s website.
Delivery with Shiplink can be arranged in various ways depending on the type of item you have ordered, where in the country you live, and which country. Shiplink offers the following options for transportation to you:

Pickup at an Agent

Agents include convenience stores, grocery stores, or gas stations throughout the country. When picking up your package, bring your identification and the tracking number provided in the notification or tracking information. If picking up on behalf of someone else, bring identification for both parties.

Pickup at a Terminal

At the carrier’s terminal, you can pick up larger and heavier packages or goods. Bring your identification. If picking up on behalf of someone else, bring identification for both parties.

Doorstep Delivery

For home delivery, the package is delivered to your door. Delivery is carried out on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00. The carrier may contact you prior to delivery to arrange a specific time. When you receive the package or goods, you will sign on the driver’s handheld device to confirm receipt.

Webot Transport

Our transportation solutions are based in Stockholm and we deliver throughout Scandinavia. The standard transportation range is within a 4-hour one-way radius and can be tailored to your requirements. A fixed price is offered for specific transportation assignments; 2,700 SEK per machine within Sweden and 3,700 SEK per machine outside Sweden. The price depends on the distance, the type of goods to be delivered, and the number of personnel required to deliver the goods according to your needs. The final transportation price is determined on the final invoice.

Exchange and Return Policy

Ordered items that are not normally stocked are never accepted for return. Delivered appliances, machines, or robots are not accepted for return without a prior agreement with Webot Robotics regarding remedy or return.

For Pre-Approved Returns, the Following Applies:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in undamaged packaging so that it can be restocked for resale. An inspection of the item and its packaging will be carried out upon receipt of the return.
The amount for the returned item will be credited if the return complies with the conditions set forth above, subject to a 30% cancellation fee on the credited amount.

Webot Robotics does not cover any shipping costs related to returns and assumes no responsibility for transport damages resulting from poor packaging during return.

Payment Terms

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts you enter into with Webot Robotics. By ordering goods from www.webot-robotics.com, you accept these general terms and conditions. The contract is established at the same time your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 years old to place an order on www.webot-robotics.com.

Prices

All prices are quoted in SEK, excluding VAT. Costs for delivery, installation, and service fees will be added to all orders, unless you choose to pick up your order yourself.

Promotional Prices & Offers

Offers without a clearly defined end date are valid while supplies last, and Webot Robotics reserves the right for sell-out, which may result in partial deliveries. In cases where you purchase a special-order item at a promotional price, the standard delivery time applies unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right for sell-out as well as for stock availability with our suppliers. Webot Robotics also reserves the right for any potential pricing errors that may occur. Sometimes, an item you have ordered may not be in stock and becomes back-ordered. This is due either to the item being out of stock or to a delivery delay. Should this occur, we will contact you via email within 3–5 days.

Uncollected Package

For all packages that are not picked up, a fee of 600 SEK will be charged. This fee covers the costs for dispatch, return shipping, and handling. Payment terms are prepayment. In the event of delayed payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK, as well as late payment interest and any collection costs, will apply. If you decide to cancel after the package has been dispatched from us, you must collect the package from your pickup location and return it to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and charged accordingly.

Prepayment Invoice

Webot Robotics applies only prepayment invoices regardless of credit assessment, and your invoice is processed manually. The order is processed and dispatched only once the invoice is paid. We reserve the right to refuse purchases in cases where we deem it reasonable.

Wasa Kredit

Together with Wasa Kredit, we offer rental and leasing on 24-, 36-, or 48-month agreements.

Leasing & Rental

Rental

Rental is a variant of leasing but without any residual value. Wasa Kredit purchases the equipment from Webot Robotics and then rents it to you. After the rental period ends, ownership reverts to Webot Robotics without any residual value payable. On the other hand, the monthly cost is slightly higher than with leasing. As with all rental agreements, a notice period must be observed; for our agreements through Wasa Kredit, this period is 3 months.
You can rent movable property. Movable property refers to items that are not part of real estate or integrated into other equipment. Coffee machines, grills, and refrigerators are common hire-purchase items.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO RENT?

With rental, you can spread the costs over time while simultaneously building a strong foundation for future investments. Since rental does not tie up your company’s capital, you do not restrict your credit capacity. The rental fee is tax-deductible, meaning it is treated as an expense. It affects only the income statement since the equipment is not recorded as an asset on the balance sheet. The rental fee is normally fixed for the entire contract period, making it easy to budget and adaptable to your revenue.

  • The entire rental fee is tax-deductible, meaning it is treated as an expense.
  • The rental fee is easy to budget and can be adjusted to your revenue.
  • You retain liquidity and do not tie up capital.
  • You spread the costs over time.
  • You can finance up to 100 percent of an item.

Leasing

Leasing is a form of long-term rental where you, as a business owner, spread the cost over time. Wasa Kredit owns the item while you use it. At the end of the leasing period, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase the item at a predetermined residual value, usually 10 percent of the financed amount for a three-year lease.
In principle, you can lease all the products in our range that are considered movable property and can be depreciated. The setup fee for leasing is 450 SEK.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE LEASING?

With leasing, your company’s own capital is freed up. You can choose the equipment you want; we lease it to you, and you have full usage rights while Wasa Kredit owns the item.
